luckyyi Terms & Conditions — Your Agreement with the Platform

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and luckyyi ("luckyyi," "the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the luckyyi website located at luckyyi.vip and all associated services, games, and features offered thereon.

By accessing the luckyyi platform, completing the registration process, depositing funds, or otherwise using any service provided by luckyyi, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules or bonus terms published on the platform. If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease use of luckyyi.

luckyyi reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated via the platform and your registered contact details. Continued use of luckyyi following notification of an amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

Access to luckyyi is strictly limited to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This requirement is mandated by PAGCOR regulations and Philippine law. By registering, you warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. luckyyi reserves the right to request identity and age verification documents at any time. Accounts confirmed to belong to underage individuals will be suspended immediately, and any balance will be returned to the registered payment method less any bonuses received.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

The luckyyi platform is operated and marketed primarily in the Republic of the Philippines. Players are responsible for determining whether access to and use of online gambling platforms is lawful in their jurisdiction. luckyyi does not knowingly accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited. Providing false location information to circumvent geographic restrictions is a material breach of these Terms.

2.3 One Account Rule

Each individual is permitted to maintain only one active luckyyi account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identity details — is prohibited. luckyyi employs technical and manual review processes to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, luckyyi may suspend all associated accounts, void any outstanding bonuses, and withhold any balance pending investigation.

2.4 Registration Information

Players must provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration, including but not limited to: full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and email address where applicable. Providing false registration details is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances.

3. Account Management and Security

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your luckyyi account, regardless of whether such activity was authorised by you. You must keep your login credentials — including your mobile number, username, and password — strictly confidential. luckyyi will never contact you to request your password.

You must notify luckyyi immediately via live support if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation or that your credentials have been compromised. luckyyi reserves the right to temporarily freeze an account upon receiving such a notification pending investigation.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

luckyyi currently accepts the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), Banco de Oro (BDO), and Metrobank. Accepted methods are subject to change; current available methods are always displayed at the cashier section of the platform.

4.2 Deposits

All deposits are credited to your luckyyi wallet immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. luckyyi does not impose deposit fees; however, your payment provider may impose their own transaction charges for which luckyyi bears no responsibility. All deposited funds must be used for gaming purposes; deposits made without genuine gaming intent may be investigated under anti-money-laundering procedures.

4.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed within twenty-four (24) hours, subject to the completion of any applicable identity verification and bonus wagering requirements. Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, consistent with anti-money-laundering best practices. luckyyi reserves the right to request identity documents before processing any withdrawal.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on luckyyi are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). luckyyi does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Currency conversion at point of deposit is the player's responsibility and subject to the player's payment provider's exchange rates.

4.5 Anti-Money Laundering

luckyyi complies with all applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws and PAGCOR AML requirements. Suspicious transactions may be reported to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by law. Players who deposit funds without genuine intent to gamble may have their accounts suspended pending AML review.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

From time to time, luckyyi offers promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP rewards. All promotions are subject to specific terms — including wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, and expiry dates — published at the time the promotion is offered.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier and eligible games are specified in the individual promotion terms. Winnings from free spins may be subject to a separate wagering requirement.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

luckyyi actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk bets to meet wagering requirements while minimising risk exposure, and systematic exploitation of game mechanics in conjunction with bonus funds. Where bonus abuse is identified, luckyyi reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings and suspend the relevant accounts.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

Each game available on luckyyi is governed by individual game rules accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before placing real-money bets. luckyyi's random number generators (RNGs) are certified by independent testing laboratories to ensure compliance with statistical fairness standards. Live casino games are conducted by human dealers in monitored studio environments under PAGCOR oversight.

In the event of a technical malfunction — including but not limited to: disconnection during a live game hand, server error during an RNG game spin, or incorrect odds display — luckyyi reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the staked amount to the player's wallet. Winnings generated as a direct result of a technical malfunction are not valid and will not be paid.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the luckyyi platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Use of automated betting bots, macros, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools in connection with gameplay;
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes, including in live poker or live game show titles;
• Exploitation of software vulnerabilities, errors, or glitches for financial gain;
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another individual;
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using luckyyi for money laundering purposes;
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited;
• Charging back legitimate deposits to your payment provider after withdrawing or wagering the corresponding funds;
• Any other activity that luckyyi, in its sole discretion, determines to be fraudulent, abusive, or harmful to the platform or other players.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the luckyyi platform — including but not limited to: the luckyyi brand name, logo, website design, game content, software, text, images, graphics, and audiovisual elements — is the intellectual property of luckyyi or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit any luckyyi content without express written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, luckyyi's aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

luckyyi is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from: gaming losses, platform downtime, payment processing delays, or unauthorised account access resulting from the player's failure to maintain credential security. Gambling involves inherent financial risk; luckyyi is not responsible for losses incurred through normal gameplay.

10. Responsible Gaming

luckyyi is committed to providing a responsible gaming environment in compliance with PAGCOR requirements. All players have access to the following tools within their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly limits on funds deposited to your luckyyi wallet;
• Loss Limits: Caps on the amount that can be lost within a defined period;
• Session Time Reminders: Notifications after defined periods of continuous play;
• Cooling-Off: Temporary suspension of your account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks);
• Self-Exclusion: Permanent or long-term exclusion from the luckyyi platform.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

luckyyi reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or prohibited activity;
• Confirmation that the account belongs to an individual under 21 years of age;
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder;
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from PAGCOR or relevant Philippine authorities;
• Extended inactivity (accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be administratively closed).

Upon termination for breach, luckyyi may forfeit any bonus balances and withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation. Real-money balances not associated with fraud or bonus abuse will be returned to the registered payment method following the completion of any required investigation.

12. Amendments and Governing Law

luckyyi may amend these Terms at any time. We will notify registered players of material changes via the platform and/or the registered mobile number at least seven (7) days before changes take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory instruction. Your continued use of luckyyi after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines, or, where applicable, resolved through PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanisms.
